Ahsoka leaves the Jedi Order (Season 5 Episodes 18-20)

After Ahsoka was framed for the crime of killing Letta Turmond, she escaped prison with the hope to find out who really committed the crime and got her arrested. She escapes her masters and the other clones attempts at getting her back into the prison. When she reaches the Underworld, she meets up with Asajj Ventress who helps her find evidence to prove her innocence while she is trying to keep from getting caught by Republic authorities.

Ahsoka also receives help from Barriss Offee from inside the Temple. She tells them to visit a warehouse where she believes the nanobots used to blow up the temple had come from. Ventress brings Ahsoka to the warehouse and then leaves her there. Later, Ventress is attacked by someone who steals her lightsabers. While Ahsoka is at the warehouse, she is attacked by the unknown person who had stolen Ventress's lightsabers. When Ahsoka finally discovers the nanobots, she is discovered by the clones and Anakin. They stun her so that she can return to the temple for her trial without a struggle.

The council deems her guilty of all crimes and she is removed of her status as a Padawan and a Commander in the Republic army. She is then put on trial by the Republic. While that is going on, Anakin goes after Ventress in search of more answers that may set Ahsoka free. Ventress tells him that Barriss had told Ahsoka about the warehouse and also tells him that whoever had committed the crime Ahsoka is being accused for, would be the one who had stolen her lightsabers. Anakin goes back to the temple to speak with Barriss about what she had told Ahsoka and finds out that she was responsible for everything that was going on. They fight and Anakin takes Barriss to the Republic court before Ahsoka is given her sentence. Ahsoka, Anakin, and a few other Jedi masters return to the temple to ask Ahsoka to come back to the Temple as a Padawan again.

After everything the Council had put her through, she declines. She leaves the Council chambers and begins to leave the Temple. Anakin catches up to her and begs her to reconsider. She tells him that she appreciates everything he has done for her but she tells him that she needs to figure things out on her own before she decides to return or not. She leaves Anakin behind and doesn't turn back.

A Friend in Need (Season 4 Episode 14)

Padme and Ahsoka go to a meeting with the Sepratists along with two other senators at Mandalore where Lux Bonteri comes in and speaks up against Dooku. The Commando droids take him to the Seperatist ship to speak with Dooku. He tells the droids to kill Lux and Ahsoka gets there right in time to save his life. He and Ahsoka run to the Republic ship and quickly get off the planet. They were going to head to Coruscant but Lux had other plans. He elecrocutes Ahsoka and flys the ship to a snow covered planet to meet up with the Death Watch. Ahsoka, playing the role as Lux betrothed, goes with him and the Death Watch to their camp so that Lux can meet up with Pre Viszla to give him Dooku's destination so that he can have justice for his mothers murder. Ahsoka meets a few girls who were kidnapped from their village close to the Mandalorian camp and helps them with their slave work. Later, the Cheif of the village threatens the Death watch for them to return the kidnapped slaves. They bring them but then they begin to slaughter everyone in the village and burns it down to the ground. Ahsoka intervenes but the Death watch capture her and take her back to camp. Lux tries to convince Pre Viszla not to kill her but he refuses. Before he has a chance to stab her, R2 distracts them and gives her the lightsabers he had hidden. She and Viszla duel while Lux prepares a speeder. They quickly leave the village and are chased by a couple of Mandalorians. Ahsoka gets rid of them and they escape to their ship. Lux activates an escape pod and tells Ahsoka goodbye and promises her that they will meet again someday.      

Escape from Kadavo (Season 4 Episode 13)

Obi-wan, Rex, and the Togrutas are all being tortured by the Zygerrians, Anakin is still being forced to serve the Queen, and Ahsoka is still locked in a cage. That all changes when Dooku comes to Zygerria to speak with the Queen about the Jedi's execution. The Queen doesn't agree after she explains her plans to Dooku about breaking Obi-wan's spirit making him weak and vulnerable. Anakin free's Ahsoka and then goes back to the palace to speak with the Queen about Obi-wan's location but when he arrives he finds the Queen lying on the floor, close to death. He tries his best to stop Dooku but gets caught off gaurd by his lightning. When Zygerrian gaurds show up, Dooku tricks them into thinking that Anakin killed the Queen and they began to attack him, so Anakin had no choice but to take the Queen with him to their ship. She died in his arms after telling Obi-wan's location. Anakin and Ahsoka go to Kadavo, frees Obi-wan, Rex, and the Togrutas with the help of Plo Koon and his fleet. After they were all freed, they destroyed the prison and all the Zygerrians still there.
